ESSENTIAL OILS

working with essential oils

I remember receiving my very first bottle of essential oil. It was a Christmas gift from my sister about 20 years ago. I had no idea what to do with it, so it sat on a shelf with the lid cracked open emitting a strong scent of mango, but only if you walked close enough to it. A few months later it dawned on me that I needed a tealight candle diffuser! That worked much better, until it set on fire and that was the end of that! Back to the trusted old air fresheners it was!

I dabbled in a few different oils over the next few years, mostly using Lavender and Tea Tree. I still didn’t really know what I was doing and lost interest pretty quick again.

It wasn’t until I was going through a really hard time in my life a few years back that I started researching about them again. I wanted something that would assist in sleep for me and my young daughter, as well as emotional support.

I was introduced to Young Living by a friend of mine and dove into the education and benefits immediately. I am so grateful that I reached to her when I did because this is what I call the turning point in my life. It has truly been a transformation for not only myself but my family as well. I credit this to the amazing community that I became involved in as much as I credit essential oils.

I have always felt that knowledge is power and believe this to be true more than ever now.

I like to incorporate essential oils into my coaching sessions, for myself and clients. It will relax your body and open up your mind as we get down to the core of your dreams and begin the journey of mapping out your goals and setting your intentions for a life full of oils and Oola!
